Perishable Products
Due to the nature of our products, all Nuromedic supplements are considered perishable goods. For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any supplement purchases.
Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer guarantee how it has been stored or handled. To maintain the highest possible quality standards—and to protect your health—we cannot allow returned products back into our warehouse.
Shipping & Third-Party Carriers
Nuromedic is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers (including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, or other couriers).
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our support team. In certain cases, we may issue a discretionary refund or replacement, depending on the situation. Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Ordering Errors
