Domestic Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
•  We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please Note:

• You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
• Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipment.
• Standard Deliveries will take 2-4 business days for delivery once the order has been processed.
• Weekend delivery is not available

International Shipping Policy

• We are shipping worldwide with flat-rate shipping! 
• Please allow up to 10-14 days for your shipment to reach depending on the country of shipment. 

Subscription Order Shipping:

• Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is not currently available.
• Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, login to your nuromedic.com account, cancel your existing subscription orders, and set-up a new subscription that contains all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.
